A Nega da Gafieira
Em Cascadura, numa gafieira,
Tem uma nega que me admira
Até eu mesmo fico admirado
Pois, quando a jazz toca, a nega é quem me tira
(– Vamo dançá, Morengueira?)
(– O que é que há, minha nega? Segura aí, devagar!)
Seja choro ou samba de breque
A nega sai logo se sacudindo
Quanto termina a velha contradança
Eu estou com o corpo cansado e os ossos bulindo
Mas o culpado foi o seu Oscar
Que a enganou que ela sabia dançar
Pra se meter assim no meio de nosotros
Fazendo palhaçada e dando o que falar
Mas eu não estou aqui pra isso
Não vim ao baile para me cansar
Pois o meu corpo é muito franzino
E assim, dessa maneira, eu vou me acabar
Se eu gostasse de matar o meu corpo
Procuraria um batente pesado
Enfrentaria lá o cais do porto
Ou então uma pedreira, ou mesmo num roçado
E até mesmo a questão do namoro
Aconselhei-a a não pensar em asneira
Porque pra hoje eu tenho uma muito boa
Pr’ amanhã e pra depois está na geladeira
(Nega, pra lá, olha a rasteira. O nega, não te güento, essa tua axilose é de matar qualquer peruano).
